1. Delivery Range and Free Shipping Conditions
We only provide delivery services within the United States and do not support international or overseas addresses (such as Canada, PO boxes, APO/FPO, etc.). For orders over $60, we will provide free shipping services, but please note that this offer is only available in the 48 states of the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, etc. If your order amount is less than $60, you will need to pay a flat shipping fee of $8.99.
2. Delivery Time and Methods
We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, with standard delivery expected to take 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order, allowing you to monitor its progress at any time.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a solution, including a return or exchange, at no additional cost to you.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
5. Special Cases and Notes
Some items (such as glass aquariums, ceramic pet bowls, terrariums, large dog crates, multi-level cat trees, bulk litter (>10kg.) may not be eligible for free shipping. Additionally, certain promotions may not qualify for free shipping. Please note that invalid or incomplete delivery addresses may result in additional charges or delays.
