Returns & Exchange
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most of our products within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This policy applies to all items purchased directly from Aloraics.com. Please note that personalized or custom-made items, such as engraved pet tags or custom-sized harnesses, are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at help@aloraics.com. Provide your order number, a brief description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Exchanges are not available by mail; if you prefer a different item, please contact us for assistance.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved pet tags, custom-sized harnesses).
- Opened or used pet food, treats, or other perishable items.
- Items damaged or altered by the customer.
- Orders placed over 30 days ago.
- International or out-of-stock items.
